Thanks for posting your target. Gotta love the 77 TMK’s in a .233Weather in western Montana has been more like summer than winter! Here's a target from my 16" Tikka 223 w/ U.S. OG 6.5
.233! Yipee!!!! New caliber to argue over. Can't waitThanks for posting your target. Gotta love the 77 TMK’s in a .233
Let's try 223
Someone would buy itAny interest in a 23 Creedmoor?
It fills the gap between the 22 Creed and the 6mm Creed
Someone would buy it
By design! Gets around that pesky .22 rule. BrilliantIt would be the smallest caliber legal for deer in my state.
People don't realize North Idaho is a mecca for firearms manufacturing...
@chutinlead What exactly is this contraption called? Do you have any more information you can share on it?I attached one more pic of the targets we shoot in the winter to see just how close to a bullseye we can get.View attachment 1032180
Is 17-4 the thread size or the kind of stainless? I would like to know the thread size. Thanks for the introduction. It’s exciting to see our products coming to market… especially since they are simply products that we designed for our own hunting rifles.
The scope rings started out eight years ago because I couldn’t find a set of rings for my new Tikka that I liked… seemed redundant to add a pic rail to a rail and then stack rings on top of that… to many potential points of failure.
Since I had mountains of 7075 aluminum from other products we build, pretty soon I was building them for all my rifles & my buddies.
Here’s a quick video of how the rings work on a Tikka & show the 17-4 screws and locking pins.
Please feel free to reach out to me (Fred@Exterra) or Vince (Exterra) if you have any questions.
