Weird stability issue

While shooting 156 bergers out of two tikkas (20” suppressed and 24”) I saw this on the target. Every shot had the same markings on the target. It appears that they all are leaning hard to the right, but they are still accurate? The picture doesn’t even do it justice, the left side of the impacts is ripped and pushed out 1/4 to 1/2”. Shot multiple other bullets and rifles with no other issues. Shot some steel at 200 and had no issues there, but wasn’t particularly paying attention.
