I was thinking the same good. Coming in hot throwing insults, always a good look. Not the first time I’ve read such insulting posts to start and account unfortunately. Perhaps another forum is a better fit…..

It's kind of odd that you're this upset over someone who replied to a smug d*ckhead who was too ignorant to admit when he was wrong.

No ones upset, just giving some advice. Seems like you need it. I'm guessing you'll be banned pretty quickly.

People show each other respect on this forum, weather they are right or wrong, diologue is exchanged and people learn from each other. You could have made the exact same post without all if the insults and disrespect, just shared the information and everyone would have leared something. Instead you csme in here like a "smug d*ckhead" and now dont like being called out for it.

It's kind of odd that you're this upset that people are calling you out for being so disrespectful....

Also- they haven’t been continuously manufactured or produced. Their rifles failed so magnificently they had to borrow from Browning, Mauser, Swiss et el to cobble together a functioning model.
Which model in savages current line is more than 30 years old?

Zermatt does NOT make a Savage clone. They make upgraded M700 pattern actions. In terms of stocks, they can use Remington pattern stocks, not Savage stocks.

- They are made to such tight tolerances that they can take "prefit" shouldered barrels which owners can install with a few simple tools. There is no need to set the headspace.

- They can also take any barrel that has a Savage thread pitch. That means they can take one of the many Savage barrels or a custom prefit barrel with a Savage style barrel nut.

I have two Zermatt actions. One has a shouldered prefit barrel and one that has a custom barrel that uses a barrel nut. I prefer the barrel nut barrel because it is slightly lighter.

I am 99% sure the Aero actions work the same way.
