Just checking to see if anyone else has run into an issue with their Springfield Waypoint 2020 giving light strikes? It happened to me last year. At first I thought it was the seating depth of my primers as only some of my handloads were affected then it eventually moved it's way into factory rounds as well. After digging into it I found the double set screws on the underside of the shroud to have backed out some and allowed the firing pin to slowly lengthen out some and start causing light strikes. I should have made a video of disassembling the bolt but have since sold the rifle (not due to this issue). Both set screws (I'm guessing one is meant to lock the other in) had worked loose by the shroud and spun freely. After moving the firing pin deeper into the shroud (and successfully getting it to fire reliably) I added a little Loctite to the 2nd screw hoping this will resolve the issue.
