Waterproof treatment on bivy bags?

Does anyone know what waterproof treatment is used on the Tigoat Ptarmigan bivies? I'm not sure if I should retreat after use or if there is other care that is required. Neat , light little water resistant bag!

I use Nikwax TX Direct wash in DWR replenisher for all my breathable materials. I really don't like to over wash either. A bivy bag, which I try to keep relatively clean, I wash every couple years. And that goes for all my Gore, eVent, Dry-plus and soft shell fleeces. It really makes the water bead up and roll right off even my soft shell fabrics and helps combat the wicking properties of synthetic fleece. Even my Polar-tec 1/4 zip fleece pullover can handle a quick rain shower.
Hope this helps,

PS: I can't recall the name of the stuff but there is another brand that is just as good or better than the Nikwax stuff.
