Warder Saw

Looks like a great idea, I would be a little worried about it being just a pull saw. Kinda wear you out fast with wood cutting. A shorter stainless fine blade might work good on bone?

I think you are better off with a purpose built saw blade. The double tooth row blades on Silky and other similar saws are hard to beat and not particularly expensive.

Interesting concept. Blades will certainly be easy to swap and inexpensive.
I'm using a Silky Pocket Boy 130mm with "medium" toothed blade. 6 oz and works fairly well for both bone and wood. The only drawback is that I keep breaking the tip off of the blades- have to go easy on them as they are very hard & sharp, but brittle.

I am still using my compact Wyoming saw, have'nt found anything close yet. It may be alittle on the weighty side but worth it.

I often carry a sawzall blade with a couple inches of the base wrapped with duct tape...this looks a lot easier to use than that.
