When prices seem too good to be true it's probably cus they are. Definitely not a legitimate site.

I just ordered one of these 22" models from Walmart. I already have the 28" wheeled Pro Series one as well as a 17" for camping. My garage isn't the biggest and the 28" takes up a ton of room in there. I'm going to try this 22" and see if it's enough for my family of 4, which I think it certainly will be. If so, I'll sell the 28" to a friend who has 4 kids. Win win.
