I am a traditional bow hunter. Looking to purchase a Waldrop Pacseat; any trad hunters willing to share their experience? Thanks…

Do it. I’m on my 4th or 5th season with mine and I really like it, especially since moving to the mountains. So much better than lugging a treestand in and out every time.

I'm a ground only hunter and just received mine. Much easier to carry and lighter than any of my other solutions. Easy to adjust to make it easy to get out of and be mobile if needed. I'm gonna love hunting with it.

I got one for last season. It's really comfortable and allows you to draw without much movement. Very light and convenient to get in and out of the woods with. Recommend it for sure!

I love mine although the straps leave a lot to be desired. I actually removed the shoulder straps and hip belt and just strap it to an Exo k3. That way I get the carrying capacity and comfort of the Exo and can still quickly deploy the Pacseat. I barely climb trees anymore- too much fun from the ground.

I just ordered one today. I'll likely remove the straps and set it up to be carried via my Hellcat. I have several hunting chairs so we'll see how this one stacks up. I have the Millennium G100 chair plus a few others.

I'm on the fence as well. They are kind of heavy. DO some of you use them for turkey hunting as well?

I own one and like it quite a bit, very comfortable. It was the original height and I think it was to high. I used a tube cutter and took 4" off the front legs so now it's between the og and the turkey and perfect for what I need. They aren't heavy at all when using the shoulder straps.

For those that own one how quiet are they when moving to take a shot? I use the millennium swivel seat and it is amazing but weighs 9 pounds. I think the pac seat weights 4.5. When I pack way in for a 3 day hunt over a waterhole I need a chair that is a little easier to carry. I have tried a few other chairs and when I move the seat makes noises and the deer spook and I have missed out on a few nice deer.

I guess I’m the minority here, I hated mine. I thought it was way overhyped and uncomfortable. Straps are crap, I took mine off. It’s super overpriced for what you get. I threw mine in a dumpster. I will say the guy who was making them seemed like a great dude.

I haven't had any problems with noise with mine.
