Anybody have any information on the sand creek state trust land east of Walden. Like access points during the hunting season? I’ve managed to hike Pinkham creek and north fork Michigan River with a 3 yo and a 2 month old.

Anybody have any information on the sand creek state trust land east of Walden. Like access points during the hunting season? I’ve managed to hike Pinkham creek and north fork Michigan River with a 3 yo and a 2 month old.

A long walk from the North or South, CR 10 from the Walden side ends at a ranch. Even though many drive thru the ranch onto private they are met by a CPW officer on their way back out cause it is watched. I've seen people drive all the way to the mountain thru the state trust past numerous signs that say "No Motorized vehicles" it's an easy ticket.

Yup I just seen that End of county road 10 sign on the silver spur.
