I have been taking altitude advantage for about 20 days now, and a week before I went on one of my hunts. I go from sea level to 10k elevation within a matter of 4-5 hours (including driving+hiking in).. In the past I would get pretty bad headaches from the quick elevation change. This year I noticed I didn't get them as bad, but still a faint headache. everyone is a bit different, I didn't notice that much of a difference. I am however in a lot better physical shape this year.
Today I leave for another 7 day high elevation hunt, we will see if I feel any further improvements.
