I decided to give it a whirl and have been impressed with the results. After the first round, I have dropped 15lbs total and gained some good muscle. I plan on doing it for a second round. The eating and supplement pieces are easy to follow and I'm maintaining good energy. On the flip side, I've got some baggy clothes now. :)

I've been concentrating on shredding fat so my diet and excercise have played a large role. I will say the supplements help with energy, overall nutrition and curbing appetite.

After my mom was killed in an accident a little over a year ago, I went into an ugly depression and ballooned up to 250lbs (all-time high). About four months ago I started seeing the light again and cleaned up my diet and started living again. I lost weight but I was soft and wanted to take the next step. Like Aronhad stated, I too can gain and lose quickly. It is both a curse and a blessing. Genetically, I come from a group of big farm boys. I am within my goal of getting back to a solid 215lbs, which I haven't seen in 18 years. Hopefully this lifestyle change is for good. I know I will feel the difference in the mountains.
