Vortex Razor Camera Pairing

Hey all, long time reader first time poster. I’m starting to get into digiscoping, been free handing my iPhone 5 and 12 mini years and recently started running a lollipop phone skope setup on my Vortex Razor 85.

Super convenient, but the quality of my bare eye through the scope is a TON better than the iphone pictures. I can see ducks in the phone, but I can see how wet the ducks are in my scope.

Long way of asking if an actual camera can get me to that quality I see with my bare eye through the scope. If so, what cameras get you there?

I looked at some threads from a few years ago, since tech stuff changes so fast wanted to see what people have success with now.

Happy to help out. In short would be like going from a bicycle to a 7 series BMW if you use an interchangeable lens camera. If you go to a point and shoot with a 1" sensor then bicycle to a 3 series BMW
