so i got my rifle all dialed in, then i got home and didnt notice it at the range but my turret bottom is set on line 4, after adding all my shim, shooting it, doing a little turing of the turret and then back to zero with the turret, everything went good. then just today i noticed how high the cap was sitting, its all the way down, and i realized my stack took almost all my shim... i am sitting on a zero moa pic. rail and weaver rings... any one got any idea what to do, does it matter i mostly will use my bdc steps to hunt with sense im usually hunting the thicker country...

any help or ideas would be great. id like that turret cap to be 0 on the 1 line wouldnt i?photo (8).jpgimage.jpg

Even with a 20moa rail you won't get down to line 1. If you are going to be dialing a lot I would say get a 20moa base. I like to start my turret as low as possible so when I dial I'm in the middle of the total adjustment. If it doesn't bother you and you aren't dialing much then don't worry about it.

How do you like the thin bdc in low light? I couldn't warm up to the reticle and sold mine.
