We get a ton of questions about which Mystery Ranch pack is best based on intended use. We made this short video to show folks the entire lineup and give you a sense of how big they are, key features, differences between packs and recommended use. Would love to hear everyone's thoughts and questions on this.

Good video I mentioned it in the other thread but also wanted to share the below. Can show some of the differences with the Guide Light and New Guidelight MT frame. The MT is much thicker and uses different padding for both the shoulder straps and belt. They also added webbing to the belt. They claim it will hold weight even better than the OG Guide Light.

Great video, what is the length of the new Guide light MT frame
What do you mean by length? The frame is functionally the same size, but there are new sizing dimensions for hip belts and yokes with the new frame system if that's what you're wondering.

Good photos. Yes there are some differences between the two, but IMO they are largely not going to change the functionality of how the frame and pack function. I do like the new webbing system on the new hip belts though. It definitely works better with the hip belt attachments.

thanks for that... I would like to get a comparison of the interior access/ packability of the sawtooth vs the pinter/ selway and your thoughts on each if you have the time to look at them side by side.

Does the new Forager hip belt pocket work with the old style waist belt w/o the molle?

How does the Marshall compare to the Metcalf? Those are the two I'm looking at.
Marshall is quite a bit bigger. Unless you're doing 7+ days of backpacking the Metcalf is a better option. But if you want something bigger than the Metcalf, Beartooth is a great option.
