Victory Vaps?

I am looking at changing my arrow setup this year was wondering if anybody has any recent experiences with the Vaps and the inserts?

I'm using Victory VAP's with penetrator 2 inserts.
I've found the arrows to be very strong and haven't had any trouble with the inserts bending. Very happy with them!

I've not shot the Victory arrows but been using the outserts. I've been happy with them. Seem durable enough and performed well on game for me this year.

I shot the VAP V3 with the 9/32" ss penetrator inserts for a couple years. it is a very well made arrow and insert system. The only issue was no matter what glue or epoxy I used on the inserts eventually (in abut a month of shooting) it would crystalize from the friction of going into 3d's and start pulling out.
Also after a summer of shooting them I ended up replacing all the inserts, they had either pulled partly out or bent slightly.

I haven't used them personally but I have been considering them as well. I've researched it a lot and guys seem to have great success with vaps and firenock outserts.

The Firenock outserts are a good product but you have to be very meticulous when you install them. The face of the shaft mush be square and they have to be installed square or you will have a wobble and worthless arrow. I haven't used them but a lot of threads on AT about getting them on correctly. No limit archery has a new insert/outsert system coming out in march for all of the micro diameter arrows. There is a stud that glues in the shaft with a threaded end. An outsert then screws onto this shaft and it accepts standard broadheads, not Deep Six.

Three different weights or outserts you can used, two are aluminum and one is stainless. Looks like it will be a really nice system.

I would go back to micro diameter if it is a durable product. I really liked the VAPs and Injexions but they got too costly for me.

I'm going to try them. Looks like a really good idea. The outserts can be purchased separate from the studs so if the outsert is damaged in someway you can just change the outer portion. I like the idea of being able to change tip weight that easily.

I like the Firenock Aeroutserts, use them w/my Black Eagle Deep Impact shafts.

I've been using VAP1 the past couple years and put the Deep6 inserts in them. I went Deep6 only because the outcerts were having too many issues with bending, but I might give them a try now that they've had a few years to iron out the issues. But no complaints with what I have now. Shot plenty of animals with them.

I've not shot the Victory arrows but been using the outserts. I've been happy with them. Seem durable enough and performed well on game for me this year.

I shoot the v3 350's with penetrator 2. No problems that I have noticed with that outsert. I had very bad luck with the original ones though.

I have shot the vaps with the easton deep six inserts and have not had any issues. Great arrow.

I use the firenok outcerts and the hybrid stainless out/in cert on blk eagle deep impacts and rampages.

Outcerts a pretty much indestructible. The hybrid is strong but has a weak point where the cert mets the arrow. You would never unless you miss and hit a concert wall, but had a few bounce off and only need new points. Most the time that's at 90-100 yards though.

After hundreds of shots in to a rhineheart I've never have one pull off on either model. I have steves arrows build all my arrows. No idea what he uses.
