Hey - another question. At a recent FDFT I also won 1/2 dozen Victory Archery arrows. My options are: 1) VAP elite, gamer or sport; 2) RIP elite, gamer or sport; 3) VForce elite, gamer or sport. A while back I picked up some VForce sport for just shooting around the yard and they've been ok. I'm shooting a single cam bow @ ~ 63# and typically (historically) w/ 100gr heads. I am intrigued with going up in head weight to get more FOC, but realistically my bow isn't all that fast so not sure how it will really perform. Anyway, what would the community recommend I try since it isn't going to cost me too much (aside from shipping and time)?

I shoot VAP Elite and have had great luck with them. IMO you can go up weight but your distances will more than likely shrink. If that’s worth the payoff then go for it. I’m shooting 72 lbs with a 500 GR arrow and almost 200 GR up front with tip and outsert. About 274 FPS.

If you can get the arrows to tune correctly you should be able to have as much or little foc as you want. Play around with the length/weight in Victorys arrow guide and try to hit the spine exactly. I shoot 600gr out to 60yrds just fine at 65.5#.
