Looking for advice on bag thickness and preferred brands. Just picked up a Weston 2300 external, so textured bags specifically. Hoping to buy in rolls so I can control length and maybe 11" and 15" wide. Expecting to do everything from whole salmon filets, bone in wild game, etc so I'm not sure what mil thickness would hold up best. I assume it would be smart to buy thinner mil bags for ground and fish, and use thicker mil for bone in cuts?
