my 215 has done like 13 moose, several caribou and thousands of lbs of salmon.

It works like a champ. It would be cool to be able to do 2 bags at once though.

230 here, love it. Spend the money on 5mm bags they handle abuse so much better in your freezer sorting through stuff.

friend of ours recently picked up a 320, the things an absolute unit but the family processes and ungodly amount of seafood so it fit their bill well after using ours for a season.
