Hey guys. I'm sure I'm not the only one with a UV scope mounted on the Axcel Landslyde sight, so I am hoping for insight on what has worked for you.
My question is this. Being that the slider edition scope has two movable pins (top and third pin down) and two fixed pins (middle and bottom "bonus" pin), how are you setting up which pins go with which sight tape indicators since the landslyde only has the capability of having two indicators?
I believe if I'm not mistaken, on the UV3XL SE Scope, the middle fixed pin is supposed to be your floater. If that is the case, does it make sense to set up the middle fixed pin on the scope as your 30 yard sight tape indicator and the third pin down on the scope your 40 yard pin and the second sight tape indicator?
So essentially when my middle pin floater is in it's "home position" (30 yards) my top pin will be a 20 yard pin, my third pin down will be a 40 yard pin and then my small "bonus" pin will be somewhere in the neighborhood of 52-56 yards.
Have you guys all set them up this way or is there better way to do it? Thanks in advance!
