Utah legal crossbow scope

I have searched and it appears I cannot get what I am after. Figure I'd ask here

I have a Ravin crossbow that comes with a decent scope. Has turret adj and simple reticle cross hair. But it also has zoom capabilities which is illegal in Utah.
What I want is a dial turret type scope, 20 yrds to 150 yrds approx, 1x power/ no magnification.

Second option would be a non-turret type scope with reticle tree 20 yrds to 100 yrds, no magnification

Not familiar with Utah hunting laws, but can you not use a speed ring scope where you set the scope magnification to the speed of your Xbow or does it have to be a fixed 1X, 2X, etc?
