Utah, Anterless on Johns Valley/Dutton

Any Utah guys done this hunt. Got the wife and I tags and would love to get her on her first Pronghorn. Any advise on where to look?

I will be down there Friday night Chasing the same critters. I will be out with bow in hand so please try not to shoot over my head while I am sneaking in . I will be in a maroon Tundra most likely in the john's valley flake mountain area. Last time I had the tag I killed one with my bow about an hour into the hunt. You shouldn't have much issue seeing or getting a shot on one in a hurry.

So how did it go muleyfever? I hope it didn't take you longer than 30 min. to fill both tags. It took me a little under 3 hours on Sat to get it done with my bow. The number of animals was crazy, Far more than I had seen in the past. Must have seen a hundred in the 3 miles and 3 hours I hunted.

We were home by noon. I was also surprised by the number of animals. Had I known there were so many I would have gone up Sat by myself with my bow. It was still fun getting a double with my wife which was my goal all along.
