Bad thing is gloabalism, where we pay everyone’s tabs and get zilch for it.

Hockey is an intense game. High energy, beating eachother with fists and sticks, smiling the whole time.Y’all been to a game? It’ll make you a fan for life and make you appreciate just how truly talented those guys are.
You make it sound like a bad thing.

Nolan Ryan would like a word.I think hockey is the only sport where a player can get his teeth knocked out, break a nose, or get stitches and keep playing.
The interviews with Hughes missing his teeth were great.

Nationalism is always bad. We had plenty of gold winners to celebrate. First Winter Olympic thread was started so OP could spout off a nonsensical political opinion. You make it sound like a bad thing.

LeBron is a clown
It’s not a political option to say you should be proud to represent your nation at the Olympics.Nationalism is always bad. We had plenty of gold winners to celebrate. First Winter Olympic thread was started so OP could spout off a nonsensical political opinion.

But seriously, how did they call Finland for high sticking at the end of the semifinal game against Canada. MacKinnon lifts the guys stick and get hit in the face by stick he lifted and then flops. Per IIHF rules accidental contact caused because an opponent lifted your stick is NOT a high sticking penalty. Not to mention the review for offsides when MacKinnon scores on following power play was marginal. But that's just how it goes in any sports, referees are going to miss a few and call a few the wrong way.But seriously, how do you miss a too many men call when the USA had 8 players on the ice and a guy off the bench playing the puck.
Let's be realistic here...a blind person could see that was too many men. It's not a call that's frequently missed, especially one that blatant (except at this Olympics apparently). Heck, I had already thrown my hands up in frustration that we botched the change that bad.But seriously, how did they call Finland for high sticking at the end of the semifinal game against Canada. Only thing nonsensical is you and your attempt to try and make everything political with your hatred of the USA. If its so bad, go live in another country and don't let the door hit you in the rear.Nationalism is always bad. We had plenty of gold winners to celebrate. I'm not sure... Probably!Didn’t he cause some teeth to go flying?
We have to disagree. If you dont love your country, you belong so ewhere else.Nationalism is always bad. We had plenty of gold winners to celebrate. First Winter Olympic thread was started so OP could spout off a nonsensical political opinion.
So if you'd been asked to join a national team for something you'd devoted your life to, but you didn't love everything in the country, you'd decline? We have to disagree. If you dont love your country, you belong so ewhere else.
If someone plays for a country or a professional team, should be kicked to curb for badmouthing.
