Some, I've been told it's one of the best bear areas in Idaho, what do you need to know?

Is it a good area for spot and stalk opportunities or is it more suited for baiting?

No it looks good for spot and stalk
Stay out of the clear water area I believe I'd look east of bear creek that area looks great.

Hunted Unit 10 Last year up by cayouse creek/kellys creek. Its super thick and super steep. We hunted for 5 days and saw one bear. There are areas to do a spot and stalk but they are few and far between. Be prepared to get in aways to where anything opens up for glassing opportunities. We are heading back up this year but staying much further south in more open country.
