UnderArmour anti hunting?

Agreed with your group think approach but division amongst ourselves sure doesnt do anything to help our cause. You a member of the NRA? BHA? RMEF? Why? So that you can stand together as a_group_as there is strength in numbers. Thats a fact, regardless of how you may see it.

Now sure if you believe that being part of your group gets you extra rights over and above others, then yes that is the downfall of America, but if you are part of a group that protects EVERYONES right, then you are just defending your birthright, doesnt make it groupthink, in fact its just the opposite.

no group think gone insane. he was stating that people need to be leery of what they put on the internet. he has a picture of a mount as his avatar. i saw that as ironic and i dont believe any 'anti' will find that any different than a person legally hunting, breaking no laws, but "celebrating" like an ass. i'll remove the quote...

Comparing my avatar of a mount on a hunting forum as a parallel to killing a bear with a spear and wiping the blood on his face while jumping around on a viral video is ridiculous.

Very large retailers such as, Cabelas, Sportsman's Warehouse, Bass Pro Shops, etc., all have many mounts on their walls for the public to see.

I'm not ashamed to be a hunter, nor am I trying to hide it from anyone. I do, however, put thought into how I portray myself to non hunters. I work in one of the most liberal environments in the country, where the vast majority of my co-workers are non hunters or anti hunters. They all know I hunt, and I talk about it openly, if asked. I do not rub it in anybody's face, or say/do anything that makes hunters look bad.

The future of hunting depends greatly on the opinion of non hunters.

"Comparing my avatar of a mount on a hunting forum as a parallel to killing a bear with a spear and wiping the blood on his face while jumping around on a viral video is ridiculous. " agreed, to you and i it certainly is. post it on a peta style website, a vegan style website, you wont be supported. in their eyes, they see no difference.

That still doesn't make any sense?

You'd defend to the death the Bowmars rights but not UA's rights?

Never mind. I'm not trying to be argumentative. You have every right to your opinion and I can and do respect that.

I just try my best to avoid judging by the group, positively or negatively, as I believe it to be dangerous and intellectually lazy. And a pretty big root cause of many, if not all, of the problems we have today in America.

i 100% percent defend UA's right to drop them. its their company and they certainly should do what they want with their company. i however can also not want to support them, heck, i still dislike Field and Stream for their hypocrisy in selling guns... i'll show my age, if blockbuster was still around i still wouldnt rent dvd's from them because they posted no CC on their doors.
sorry if i sounded argumentative, i just thought it was funny someone would say they needed to be careful about what was posted on the internet and have a deer mount as an avatar. didnt meant to be combative with anyone

what I cannot understand , is why everyone thinks that their hunt was "illegal"?? I did a quick youtube search and found lots of bear spearing videos on there.. so why did this one get crucified in times square?
