Under the Nomad??

What are folks running below the nomad? I have seen several long pockets for sale and was wondering if they would fit (24" duplex frame). I have heard that pods fit under there well, but unsure of what size to get as they are pretty thin on the Kifaru website.

My plan is to get a pocket that will hold the slick bag and a para/supertarp below the Nomad columns....

Haven't gotten that far yet though.

Kind of my same thought - run the bag and pad on the bottom and whatever other bulky, lightweight thing I can fit down there

An older side zip long pocket is perfect on a 26" frame below the nomad. Good luck finding one. It would be easier if they still made them.

I just use the Camp Bag and run a lid. I have one larger pocket, maybe Claymore??? that I keep emergency gear in, you don't want to put stuff you access a lot under there in my opinion, I also have one or two chamber pockets with stuff like spare bow string and stringer etc..

I have seen those an mine looks similar but I don't think it is quite as big as those.

I have a camp bag and grab it. I have a medium pod that fits under there perfectly but haven't needed it yet. Probably going to strap my cot there.

Check out the #11 dock and lock. That is what I use and like it a lot!
