Any 3D printed item will come out looking rougher than something that is CNC machined. It’s the nature of the beast. It’s essentially built up by MIG welding titanium powder. I’m sure UM/US does a qc check before they go out the door so that nobody is anywhere close to a baffle strike.
After a hundred rounds or maybe a few hundred, my guess is that the inside of any can would look much the same due to carbon buildup.
Screw it on, shoot it, let everyone here know how it sounds & balances. If you’re more concerned with how it looks inside, feel free to take a round diamond rasp to it. It’ll likely void the warranty, but please report back on that also.
(That last part was lighthearted sarcasm, don’t run a rasp down your suppressor)
