Good morning Roksliders,

I've been made aware of disinformation floating around so I thought I'd take a few moments and explain the different directions we're headed in and how those departments are being managed.

Unknown Munitions: 12 Employees, 2 Machinists (chambering), 2 rifle builders, 4 man Cerakote team, Holly in shipping, Yooner in Sales, Alex in Rifle sales, Jessica tracking rifle builds/ accounting/ etc. We've had the same machinists chambering rifles since day 1, UM is not a marketing company, we are primarily a rifle builder and Cerakote Applicator. Our 4 man rifle building team is highly experienced.

Shoot2Hunt: Ryan and I host the podcast, Luke in Marketing and Owen in Web Building, Mason manages the podcast, that's it.

Unknown Suppressors: Cliff Brewer is owner, operator, designer, etc. I (Jake) do not run this business, but own part of it. This new suppressor company will distinguish itself by putting hunters first and chasing tones, not decibels. All models coming out this year will be 3D printed out of Titanium starting with our flagship reflex style can.

Any products coming out of Shoot2Hunt like Scopes, Backpacks, etc. are managed by a group of people, not just me. My job is to push projects forward by bringing products to market on the retail side.

Our new action is being made by Procision Arms, they are handling all tooling, production, etc. after the initial design was agreed upon.

Salmon River Solutions operates in our same shop but is entirely owned and operated separately by Ken Trapp.

Our other close partners are Ace Barrels, BAT Machine, and Stockys Stocks which are all independent of us.

We are not stretched too thin, everything is going exactly as expected due to a large team of amazing people that are continuing to make this whole adventure possible and continue pushing forward and creating new products.

We are still a very small business operation, finding, training, and keeping good people remains an extremely difficult part of business second only to managing cash flow.

Our entire team cares about shooting and hunting and we will continue growing in a controlled manner as the market takes us in different directions.

Please ask questions here and I will do my best to monitor this thread.
Come see all of us at the Hunt Expo this weekend in Booth 202.

Where does the Rokstock fall in? Strictly UM, using Stockys to build or is it a collab between Stockys, S2H and UM? In other words, is there a way to use a different company to build them? More looking at how we get the QC issues in check and produce stocks with accurate timelines and no QC issues. I understand this is a sore subject, but I am one who is on the fence, but really like all the positive feedback on function. Going forward, when sales open back up, do you anticipate timelines being shorter?

This is widely known to be a collab. Built by Stockys, finished, assembled and shipped by UM/Shoot2Hunt exclusively. Yes they have stated when orders open they will limit the quantity to avoid previous mistakes and keep a shorter lead time. That lead time will be dependant on the options you choose and is underfined, currently.

From the Rokstok thread, at some point I recall reading very limited options going forward. The bottleneck in the original process was having way too many SKUs to efficiently handle.

The first pic is sexy. I said it. Big, long and cylindrical. Take it as you want
Second pic. If the turret heights are accurate. I’ll hold out for that model before picking up another Maven.

I was really surprised when I looked at the weight of that suppressor. I didn't notice the weight at first, and figured it would be much heavier from the length.
