Can you verify that your 2.6" with calipers? I had 2.724" but i don't have the BCA disassembled to measure right now. And, can you or anyone verify that the thinnest part of the barrel over the chamber is about .983"?
I have a revised drawing that's much less embarrassing almost complete and it should actually be lighter than the BCA, because the Shaw actually tapers down to .490", and so I'm using that since they have been shown to be trustworthy.
The measurements around the chamber remove a lot of meat, so weight, but we don't want to go below what we've already tested to be safe in that area (BCA dimensions).

I can get maybe 2.650" at the most for the length from base to the 0.500" measurement, but mine is no more than that.

Thanks, Hopefully @hereinaz got that correction. Anyone else have an unattached BCA barrel lying around that they could measure for 1 second validation? I'd just pull mine if I hadn't bedded it...
