Ultralight Ultralight Rifles

I’m considering building a lightweight rifle in 6 ARC on a Defiant TiX. Any issues with running a titanium action?
While I'm sure it would be fine, this thread is mostly about building ultralight gasless side charging AR-15 variants. Titanium actions historically have had issues with with high pressure magnum cartridges if any issue was seen. I'm sure a light recoiling low pressure cartridge like the 6mm ARC would do fine in a lightweight Titanium bolt action build but I don't not see the correct bolt face available for the 6mm ARC on the Ti X action. The 6mm ARC is a 0.441" bolt face (same for the 22 ARC, 6mm ARC, 6.5 Grendel, and 7.62x39) and I don't see that size available on their website.

What velocity's are everyone seeing from their 16" .223's?
Generally the same velocities as any other 16" 223 barrels.

Over about 4 different 5.56 & 223 Wylde barrels, I've seen factory BH and AAC 77TMKs in the mid 2,600 range. Those are the only factory ammo I've seen over a chrono (other than various 55 & 62 fmj loads).

In about 6 different barrels (mine and others), handloads in 73 - 77 grain bullets are typically doing in the low 2,700s without pushing too hard.

More limited experience. 62 TSX around 3,000 - 3,050 using Western Powder load data. 70 TSX around 2,800 using Western or Barnes data.
