Mine was about 23.6 or so, a little heavier than listed.

I do have to admit that I did order one for myself before posting here that they were back in stock.

That’s what I was wondering. It’s not that much more money to have a port less 300 BO barrel, and a whole upper “as intended” by you guys.

In case you haven’t been paying attention here - you’re in the perfect position to go to a barrel maker and get the pencil barrels everyone here wants to go with your upper - specifically a 6x45 16” threaded in as light of a contour as possible…

I use a TN Arms Carbon Lower (3.7oz) and the MBT-2 Flat (2.4oz). The trigger does NOT feel great in the polymer lower, debating about dropping a drop-in trigger that doesn't touch the lower receiver walls as it moves.

Is the shoe/blade touching the slot sides it goes through? I was putting an MBT in and couldn’t get it through. Little file work and went right in. I have a flat and curved. Trying to decide which I like and I have 2 lightweight lowers so easy to shoot, swap and shoot. I think it’s the 15 degree grip I don’t like as much with the flat. 15 degree feels much better with curved. Going to see if I can shim it so works like a 0 degree and see how I like that

OK. Y’all finally got me to break yesterday. I’ve ordered a 300 SOLO receiver and barrel nut, TN carbon fiber lower and a Shaw 16” port less barrel yesterday. That seems like a good start. I’m looking to build a “ clean” minimalist rifle. Anybody run their build with just some kind of foam tube for a barrel forearm? What’s a good trigger and parts kit? I have a TBAC Ultra 9 but I want to get a dedicated can that is smaller. Any recommendations ? Any Black Friday sales that I need to know about?

I'd order the Scythe Ti Black from SilencerShop.

I love my TriggerTech Diamond 2 stage. I got it on crazy sale tho.

The only parts kit that is ultralight is the NFA polymer LPK. I replaced the trigger with above and the grip with a Hogue 15 degree for like $25.

There’s a dedicated .223 can thread on the forum. I’m looking at a DD Wolf Hunter for a 5.56/6mm dedicated can and have an AB10 7.62 on the way.

They list 4oz, I think mine was 3.9oz. I have it on the buffer with blue Loctite though, so I'm leaving it, sorry.
