Ultra Cushioned Running Shoes

Atmos is the super plush model from Topo for road. They are very plush but still light. I have the original version and the mid foot is strangely narrow. Im not sure about the V2

For trail, I just got a pair of Vista's and they seem to be the goldilocks. Grip of the Mtn Racer, but cushion of the Ultraventure

Running both the atmos and ultraventures in a wide. I've been very happy with them. I will say you have to use them for their intended purposes. The Atmos are excellent on concrete. The ultraventures are great for mild to mid trails. Beyond that, they do not have the grip for steep incline hikes. I move to the crispi lapponia lites for that purpose. The proper foot ware for the intended purpose absolutely matters!

Been thru a lot of them but keep going back to altras even though they don’t last long and the colors suck.

Altras here. I've gotten pretty good life out of them, mostly trail running.
