Fingers crossed for solids next year. I really want those pants but not in camo as most of my use for something that light will be in the summer before hunting starts.

You and me both brother. I don’t want to buy tiburons. I want the Unitas in solids
I've heard solids are in the works but who knows where they are in product devolvement or when they'll released. You and me both brother. I don’t want to buy tiburons. I want the Unitas in solids
I love the early season hat but it has a inner liner that gives it some structure.Durability wasn’t quite what I needed with them (tiburons) awesome pants for a groomed trail in the heat though. Also hated the pocket flaps, nice to see Skre go away from it. My early season hat should be delivered tomorrow, hopefully that gives me a good indication of the Unitas material.
When you get one let us how you like itI didn’t realize they had a hat. I have a tiburon hat and I have tried to like it but it just don’t fit as good as my under armor hat. I am a hat guy I wear one every day all day so a good fit is important to me. I’m gonna have to order
One and see how I like it. My wife is gonna be thrilled that I got another camouflage hat. (Not really)
I'd like to do a quick comparison of one favorite stika pieces the Jetstream vest to the Skre Hardscrabble vest.
I'm a huge fan of the Jetstream vest with it's gore windstopper membrane and fleece liner. It's an amazing layering piece either under or over other garments keeping sleeve bulk to a minimum a must for bow hunters.
This year has been my first using the hardscrabble vest so I might be a bit biased towards the stika. I was somewhat worried about the lack of a windstopper membrane but honestly haven't noticed it as an issue. This opinion may possibly change when the temps drop and north winds really blow where the difference highlight itself.I have noticed on the hardscrabble the dual chest pockets vent nicely when wearing as an over garment even under a pack. Another feature unique to the hardscrabble is a waist cinch on the bottom which will be awesome keeping drafts out when sitting in a tree stand.
Here the JetstreamI did notice the collar of the hardscrabble is a bit shorter than the jetstreamThe jetstream collar also has a nice fleece trim that also covers the zipper. I've never noticed the zipper touching my skin on the hardscrabble but that could also due to the height being lower. I prefer the taller collar and the option to cover more of my face when working into the wind. I'll update more after some more use in fall temperatures.
Either way, customer service is definitely a concern for SKRE.

I guess I should have been more clear. They are definitely concerned about their customers. They have excellent customer service.A “concern” in a good way or bad?

Love the English language there is often one word that can mean many things. I had to look concern up to see if I had been using it correctly. I can never learn enoughI guess I should have been more clear. They are definitely concerned about their customers. They have excellent customer service.
