Tyto knives. What’s the deal?

So anybody had any bad experiences with Tyto? Placed an order on 8/18, no shipment info received as of today. Multiple emails and an attempt to contact via social media. Nothing. No response. Really, really terrible customer service/support experience on my part. At least give me an eta. Website says 20 days. We’ve passed that with no contact. Pretty terrible customer service as far as I’m concerned. You should update people when they’ve invested in your company. Plenty of other choices out there. Maybe I’m going overboard asking for any sort of customer service these days?
