Tuff guy release

Anyone using the tuff guy release?

I tried one. Just liked the idea of closed jaws around the loop. Returned it and kept my 2 Wise Guys, 1 as backup.

the Tuff Guy release made a very audible CLICK, when trigger released. Adjusting trigger tension to lighter didn't help with the CLICK.

Wise Guy hasn't failed me yet, even in a treestand. Where I wanted to use the closed jaws of the Tuff Guy.

How was the adjustability of the Tuffguy? Could you load up considerably more tension?

Tension adjustment was same as Wise Guy.

just didn't like the LOUD CLICK upon release. I could just see a deer drop or get startled a bit at close range with that CLICK

CLICK and then sound of bow releasing arrow. As quiet as my Vertix is upon release, bow noise is unavoidable and why add another warning sound before...
