Leaving on a 3 day trip next month and only planning on packing a carry-on. What are people’s recommendations for EDC multi tool that is TSA compliant?

I've carried a Leatherman Style PS and Gerber Impromptu on hundreds of trips for the past decade without issue. Keep in mind that the Style PS is only good for very light duty tasks.

I have a Gerber. It is fine, but expect questions. I have always thought about taking a leatherman that is customizable and working something up. The 2-3 times I have felt I have to have something to cut with,I have either borrowed or bought something on the other end And sent it home or given it away.

Buy what you think you need on Amazon and have them deliver it to your outfitter. If you can get it home through TSA , great. If not ship it
To yourself before you leave or hand it to your guide as part of the tip.
