Pricey yes, but so was my gym membership that’s turned to shit thanks to CV19.

I’ve seen some knock-off’s. Curious what kinda results, pitfalls you fellas might be seeing.

I got some Olympic rings off amazon for like 25$. Close enough to TRX straps. Without a gym training heavy legs is obviously out the window, but as far as upper body rings will get you by. Invest in some varying strength bands as well.

I use kettlebells, bands and weighted packs in the garage while the gyms are shut down. TRX are really nice and Crossover Symmetry are sweet too.

I made my own TRX straps from some old climbing gear webbing and a couple of PVC pipe pieces for handled. It works great and I saved over a hundred bucks!! It's not adjustable like the 'stobought' rig but it gets the job done. Just be sure to make the overall length about the length you use most frequently.

I cant really speak from use. But I bought my Ex Ex girlfriend who was a personal trainer a pair of TRX straps, and some other mounts, and accessories so she could use it in different places. She used them all the time. She loved them. She still uses them daily to date. Shes never had a problem with them. Probably the only thing I ever bought her that she still has. I think that's a statement in itself.

Totally agree! I also use landscape boulders around my yard for squats, deadlifts, overhead press, walking lunges, over head lunges, and made a pull up bar between two trees in the backyard
