Ya, it's not a "cure".....it just reduces the inflammation in the lungs which is the biggest culprit that has led to people's deaths.

I don't know about the Hydroxychlorquine... but YES... a Z-Pac did help when CoVID had my lungs against the ropes like Mike Tyson in a corner from Feb thru April. So... if you were trying to be comedic in saying that, as if to suggest it is ineffective.... I'm here to tell you that would be incorrect. Now... there are other meds needed. For sure... especially the Promethizine/Codeine Cough Syrup.. and the Benzotonate Pearls. But yeah. Z-Pac most definitely helped. Me being used to COPD/Bronchitis type issues I quickly asked for that once I realized it was really gonna be heinous on my lungs. Cause what happens is.. though Z-Pac is an antibiotic and those kill Bacterium and not viruses, as we all know... well... what I believe happens is.... ya got this virus beating the sh*t out of your immune system... so... Bacterium that are just hangin' around.. and normally kept in check by your immune system... well now... your immune system has it's back up against the wall... so those Bacterium can capitalize on the current state of things in there.. and now you've got a serious problem. More than one thing Dog-Piling on ya in there.

EDIT: Note another med that I had used before, that I knew would help, and I asked for it... is an ICS (inhaled corticosteriod) The Advair Disqus. It's this device where while you're inhaling, you depress a trigger and it cracks open a tube of the ingredient in a fine powdered form. The inhalant gets deposited right there.. right into your bronchial tubes where it needs to be! Getting that inflammation down is key! Cause with all the coughing.. you're not only raw in there... and constricted... but because you're raw in there... when the gurgles happen from the bronchial tubes being clogged with fluid and mucus... it causes vibrations.. and those vibrations set off your coughing reflex... and send you into a painful deep coughing jag. And lemme tell ya... whoo man... by about this time? Absolutely all your rib muscles have been worked over.. for days and days and days man. You need that help big time. There again... it's only an issue for those of us who are prone to getting lung issues. The wife and the boy of course got it too... and it was harsh on them too... but they got over it WAY in the hell more quickly than me. And never had the lung issues to this same degree.

The crazy thing was at initial onset the fever was crazy high and like MY eating everything butt didn't eat for 2 days striaght! And the inflammation to joints initially was pretty heinous. Like... when a coughing jag would kick in my tailbone (from a prior moto injury) would want to drop out from under me and pull me down to the floor!

A leader who has consistently undermined the recommendations from the CDC and other Federal agencies responsible for setting policies regarding this Pandemic will undoubtedly have available treatment options not available to you and me.
Furthermore Trump will not meaningfully change his attitude and public posture. He will not have an epiphany. Nor will he have an "AHA moment." Neither will he ever admit he was wrong and learned anything long term. Rather than reading about the concerns over his health rendered by other politicians nationally and around the world, I am interested in learning the response of the family members and loved ones of the 200,000+ Americans who died because of Donald Trump’s irresponsible efforts to discredit the concerns of scientists, physicians and majority of the public at large.

Apparently you are forgetting that he was called racist when he shutdown travel to and from China. The likes of Pelosi and Cuomo were encouraging people to make no changes in their daily life. As for being wrong, he wasn't as wrong as the "experts" said he was. The virus was changing nonstop, and the "experts" contradicted themselves every other day. If you cant see any of that, maybe you are blinded by the hate many have for our president! Look at Sweden's response to the virus and you will see why we would have been better off keeping the country open as we did with something like say the swine flu, or bird flu!

Not at all, I'd take it today if I had Covid and lung issues from it. I'm a facts and numbers guy......and the numbers have been outstanding for the successful use of both when given early on.

No problems, man. I think it's funny that so many people consider Fauci to be "the expert" and sit on the edge of their seat with everything he says about the virus. But Fauci is the guy that in late January said "Americans have nothing to worry about with Covid". Then said that "nobody should be wearing masks except medical workers". Then later on said "everyone should be wearing masks". And his classic line was........"Handshaking should be a thing of the past, but having sex with strangers that you meet online is fine". LOL.
