Truck gun, rifle carry.

Generally anywhere I feel like putting a rifle in my rig and how “compliant” I feel like being that day.

If I am on a national forest road I keep my guns cased, I cant remember if it's Virginia or West Virginia requires guns are cased on national forest roads

the state determines laws on Forest Service Roads? WTF I knew they were backwards but I guess inmore ways than one.

I think most peoples assumption is there arent a lot of restrictions considering he wants a rifle handy in the front seat. If you have to case it it might as well be in the back seat.

WTF?! We got some angry MF'rs on here. State has everything to do with it, in MI ....Generally, a person may not transport or have in their possession a firearm in or upon a vehicle, unless the firearm is unloaded and the gun is enclosed in a case, unloaded and carried in the trunk of a vehicle, or unloaded in a motorized boat.

Well in Texas if you don't have at least two rifles in the truck, loaded with safety off and at least 1/2 a floor board of loose bullets rolling around, you get flogged. LMAO

Montana on the ranch is kinda that way too lol. And there are lots of agree folks on here it seems. I’ve always just stuffed in where ever it would fit but seen the Rydr industries mount and it got me to thinking.

I built a wood console box on the floor of the feed truck to hold binocs, rangefinder, ammo, gloves and tool stuff . Notched out and padded a slot for a rifle. Pretty handy....
