Truck Bumpers

You guys running a leveling kit with these? How's the airflow for the intercooler on the Diesels? I've been looking for awhile have not quite found the one with low mount winch and good airflow. Suggestions? would like to keep the parking sensors too.
I bought a Road Armor bumper for my F150 Ecoboost which also has the intercooler mounted low. There is a generous cutout for airflow and a nice enough powdercoated grate for stone protection down there.
I chose the Road Armor Vaquero because I really didn't like the look of diamond plate and the fit was best contoured to the nose of the truck.
I didn't want that aardvark look of a giant piece of steel sticking out.
I did the install in my driveway and it went well...You do need to cut some frame mounts out of the way and a Sawzall and angle grinder was put to use.
Overall great product.
I already had Eibach front springs so the extra weight wasn't a concern.
I don't think the front sagged at all after the install.

Bumper and winch weighs less than a fat chick. And you dont see folks beefing up their suspension just because they are dating one of those do you?
Yeah but most guys dating fat chicks are kind enough to let em ride inside. If you strapped her to the front bumper that’s like tongue weight but hanging off the front. It’s gonna sag the nose down a bit…so helper springs might be necessary…

I have had a Trail Ready on my 2013 F350 since new. It supports a Warn 12,000 pound winch. The finish on the bumper still looks new.

Ranchhand with the bull bar on my 2500HD.
I’ve smacked three whitetails, 2 of them going over 60 mph, and have zero damage.

6.7s have a air/water, the coolant stack is way more efficient than they were with a 3.5" intercooler heating everything up.

I've got a Ranchhand Summit series on mine, with a winch.

Had a Ranchhand, Top Gun, Fab Fours, and one other in the past. Ranchhand from here on out.

Stock springs, I keep debating some Carli coils, but I don't want it taller...

I just asked about the leveling kit because my Megacab has a pretty good rake to it. What year did they change the inter cooler size?

My front bumper and winch dropped my front fenders about 1/4"... I'm that nerd that measures such things.

We've got a different engine platform, so it's not really a good comparison to your's.

In the past (including a Cummins swapped Ford I built and tracked IAT temperatures on) it didn't seem to drop airflow much.
