Expensive and bulky. But at least your corn hole isn't below your knees.

I did a search for game / picnic / camp chairs a few years go. After buying 5-6 kinds I still have 3 of these that have been good to me. Good mid priced option. They will break with too much abuse but they are cheap enough that I just buy another.

My favorite chair is by gci and they have some good but more expensive options. This thing has been riding in my truck bed (under cover) and used a few dozen times since 2016 and is still going strong. I did manage to crack the side table and there are some rust spots here and there at the seams and joints but I will buy another if it dies.

I really like the ONETIGRIS (https://www.onetigris.com/us/portable-camping-chair.html), very compact and comfortable. They put out two versions - put in your pack hunting to have a comfortable chair to sit in on a stand or take the kids baseball games. Fits under the car seat in a small compact bag.

Solid construction and comfy. I too hate sitting with my knees by my chin. Not super heavy but definitely a truck camping type chair.

I use the same chair, very comfortable and even take it on long range fishing trips for the ride out & back. Perfect for an afternoon libation and cigar.

I bought two of the reclining ones from Bass Pro that have the bungee type material laced up the sides. So comfy that I take naps in them. They are big and heavy, but if you just taking them out of the vehicle and setting them up they are great.
