TRT

Have you talked to your doctor about ozempic or zepbound? No reason you can’t lose weight and use TRT at the same time.
no I haven't talked to them about it. I would likely have to pay out of pocket for it as my A1C and other diabetes markers are totally fine (thus insurance wouldn't cover it.) I know you can get it through the new TrumpRx.com site at much lower prices, but its still like $300 to $400 a month for Zepbound

I bet if you add up the bad food you eat now, it would easily cover the cost of the medicine.

You’re likely not wrong!
Past few weeks it’s been a lot of eggs, avacados, almonds and almond butter, a little sourdough bread, beef, chicken venison and elk, and sweet potatoes, carrots, broccoli, onions, peppers and some rice every now and then. I do treat myself to pizza once a week!

Best thing you'll ever do for your health. I'm 53 seven years on TRT. Feel like im 25. Takes a while to get dialed in but well worth it.

I started TRT on Monday. 36 years old.

After 2 years of shitty workouts and feeling fairly sluggish I got blood done. My free T was stupid low. I had an extremely high SHBG which is what the doctors attributed it to. And probably everyone my age having balls full of microplastics now lol.

I had a pretty good bout of uninformed steroid abuse in my early 20’s. Young and dumb. Haven’t taken a single thing except regular supps (EAA’s & Creatine) in over 10 years since recovering from coming off the juice.

I always said once I started feeling like shit I would look into doing it right and just maintaining at healthy levels. So here we are.

Starting at .4ML twice a week or 160mg/week. Started on Monday, and on Wednesday night I noticed I slept through the entire night in a deep sleep. First time in a LONG time. Then again on Thursday and Friday. Felt good all day and had great, focused workouts those days. Possibly placebo.

Going to get blood work done in a month to make sure I don’t overdue anything again. Looking forward to seeing/feeling changes. And I’ve came off juice before so it’s no big deal to me to come off again if need be for some reason.

People always looking for the quick easy fix. Much like taking steroids when you're young.
Unearned muscle.
Agreed somewhat in relation to steroids. Especially with the youth. Super unhealthy and most just do things without any education (speaking for myself) because “it’ll be fine”.

In general “people always looking for the quick easy fix” is a stupid statement. No shit. When you get a flat, do you melt your own rubber and mold your own tires and then mount them to the rims that you casted from molten metal in your garage? No, no you don’t. You take it to a tire shop for a quick easy fix 👍🏻. Not everything in life needs to be done by the most difficult route possible. I choose my battles.

Shooting up is NEVER the answer.
Listening to the dealer that sells the junk isn't the answer either.
They make their living selling the junk.
Correct diet, exercise, adequate sleep, and stress management ARE the answer.
Sounds like it's time for 4 new tires.

I am not a Dr...but my wife is. Huge difference in IM vs SubQ. Unless you're doing daily injections, SubQ is NOT the answer.

It's specifically IM.....for a reason. I can ask Why when she gets home. But she oversaw me for years. Always IM. If SubQ was an option or better, for sure she would have told me.

Soreness: You are doing something wrong. Should not be sore at all. Even immediately after. Going through a Nerve will be sore. You'll feel it immediately. But even after, it's not going to be keeping you awake.
High butt under love handle area works well and shows minimal pain or bruising.

Well. You’re wrong there.

Yes they achieved goals but can not conclude nor did they that sc is better than im. It wasn’t a comparison study.

A lady transitioning may in fact have less muscle mass and sc seems a fair option tho.

It’s not trying to prove superior. It’s trying to prove non inferior. Which it did.
