My levels were in the low 400’s as well but I turned 30 last year. Which is crazy because I work out 6 days a week- legit workout and my wife is a nutritionist so I eat nothing but organic Whole Foods and basically zero processed foods and sugar but… in my early teens and 20’s I had an addiction problem to basically everything and I think that had a big effect on my hormones in my formative years. I also have hormone issues in my family so with all that stacked up my dr and I decided it would be good to start it. Just started yesterday as well so we’ll see how it goes. I’m a little nervous at the thought that I could potentially be taking this for like 60+ years and it’s hard to find good data on super long term use of test but recent studies and the most recent fda panel have put my mind more at ease. I mean it’s just putting something in my body that I already have

I should also note I got my levels tested months ago and tried ALL the natural stuff to “boost” my levels and changed a bunch of my macros and what not. It had zero effect on my numbers or the way I felt.

How much sleep have you gotten each night for the past year, 8-10 hours a day?
What is your daily stress level? Drive very aggressively always rushing? Take l-argenine and carnetine tartrate before very strenuous workouts? Body fat %?

I get 8 hours of sleep 95% of the time. I take 7.5g of l arginine before workout. I do not take carnetine. Don’t know my body fat but I am pretty lean. Can kinda see some abs poking through I’m pretty fit I run 5-10 miles once a week so fitness hasn’t been a problem. The problem has been dealing with stress, low libido (which is crazy cause my wife is smokin hot) and my energy levels are garbage. I have to drink 3 cups of coffee in the morning to wake up and another 100mg of caffeine in the afternoon or I feel like sleeping. I’m sure our biology is meant to take naps in the afternoon but that’s just not an option. Like I said I take really good care of myself. I am not always in a hurry I’m actually a pretty laid back person also.

I assessed all of these things before I started. I don’t take it lightly. I have never been on medication of any kind. I actually hate the idea of it but unless I have some sort of condition I haven’t discovered yet it feels like I have mono half the day.
