TRT

Sort of on subject, what's the secret to increasing free T? My total T is pretty good, but free T was on the lower side of normal?

Each generation after the 1950’s has had males have smaller sexual organs, and as a consequence regardless of lifestyle or heath cannot produce the same level of testosterone that earlier generations did.

Plastics, chemicals, pesticides, estrogen from birth control, among many others destroy testosterone production, and worse it affects fetuses/babies for life. Saying “eat right, exercise”- would help a lot of people. However, even still the parentage of males that can get natural T levels over 700 is small. Our environment (ironically made so by the very generation that quips about “lazy”) destroys males ability to produce testosterone.

I think you’d be surprised at the body’s ability to recover.
Most men have high cholesterol. One only needs to fix their metabolism to convert it into testosterone. High carb low fat with some liver, oysters, and egg yolks should do the trick. Lots of low fat milk. Get some sun. Find a doctor to prescribe you some T3 thyroid hormone—you’re probably hypothyroid to begin with. I’d be shocked if this didn’t work 90% of the time.
