Trouble finding a tikka

I'm not up to date on pricing but JA Outdoors usually has a pile of Tikka stuff available. Might be worth a look.
yeah i've bought tikka actions from them twice but they've really jacked the cost up. but it is nice not having to remove the barrel!

Some gunsmiths may shy away from it. On Tikka and Sakos barrels, in my experience it’s not been an issue at all cutting at the flutes and threading.

Can anyone else confirm that this can be done? This would be the easiest option it seems like.

Get the 6.5cm, swap someone the standard bolt for a magnum face, have the barrel rechambered, cut and threaded.
