Looks like its coming along pretty good. What made you use cinder blocks for the foundation vs forms and pouring concrete? Are you running power and water from the main house?

Going to have new service put in to accommodate the electrical loads. There will be plumbing.
The cost for blocks and and framing was a lot less then the poured walls. I also think the finished outside will look better. I am going to put stone over the cbs

Looks good. Unless its a really good crew doing the poured wall, blocks are usually squared up better and nicer to work on.
I might have missed it but are you going to reinforce the inside of the wall to make it easier to hang mounts?

The two walls on my the end will hold larger mounts (moose etc) so I will put 2x12 bracing in from five feet high all the way to the peak at 16'. The side walls will have smaller mounts so I am going to cover with 1/2 inch plywood
