Help... Tripod parts - rocketfish 47 carbon fibre

I know a few of you have this tripod so I was hoping you could help. I bought this used and it seems one of the legs won't lock. I'm assuming it's one of the compression sleeves/rings inside that has broken. I don't have it in my hands because I had it sent to a relative in the US. Has anyone had to replace the rings and where did they get them from? Rocketfish or their suppliers does not carry them.

I have never had an issue like that before with mine so not sure what the problem might be... Is it just one of the sections that won't lock or all 3 locks on one leg??

You can buy parts for it off best buys website. But not sure what all they carry, I would email them and explain the problem, just don't tell them you bought it used. Might be cheaper to buy a new one, they are going for around $44 since it was discontinued. I haven't had an issue with mine either but I have only had it 4 months or so.

Yeah, tried BB already. Just one won't lock, not the whole leg....hmm...
