TRIPOD IDENTIFICATION

HELP!

I have been looking for this tripod for weeks... I have scoured all of the usual sites to identify it, but I have had no luck. Thank you, all, in advance for the help!

A little late to respond but if you are still trying to figure it out its a Limited Edition Kuiu Vias Mountain Hunter Tripod and Head. I've seen them pop up in the classifieds once in a while but I'm pretty sure there was a very small quantity ever made.
