Tripod help

Looking for a tripod for my Vortex Razor 22-48x65 but also would like to be able to throw a hog saddle on it and shoot off, and trying to keep it lite and packable. I have been looking at the Feisol Classic CT-3401. I know nothing about these things so i appreciate any help.
P.S I dont know anything about ball heads either.
