WTB Tripod cheaper than $250 and window mount

Looking for a carbon tripod and window mount, and possibly a bino stud too. Would be interested in an aluminum tripod as well but I'm trying to stay under 3 lbs. I'm not interested in a super fancy tripod that costs an average guys' paycheck. Thinking something less than $250. Let me know what ya have, thanks.

I have a Fiesol CT 3441 carbon tripod. Super lightweight and can support up to 44 pounds. Used but in great shape. $250 shipped.
Retails for $430 plus tax.
Will include a Manfrotto fluid head ( 700 RC2) for an additional $50.
Complete setup is about 3.5 pounds.
