I bought an SRO when they first came out. That was about 4-5 years ago. Finally had to send it in after a lot of hard use on my 10mm and G34. The buttons quit working. It'd power on but that's it.
Without social media I end up watching a lot of gun vids on the Tube.
I'm seeing several videos showing the glass on the SRO it's very durable. Wouldn't pass a Rokslide test.
I ended up buying a second SRO before I saw these videos.
Wondering if I should go to just an RMR or an RMR HD or Aimpoint for more durability. Especially if the gun doesn't have backup irons.
Really love Trijicon. I do own some Holosun. A couple small carbine dots and they've been good. Wouldn't want to do any Tom Clancy super secret door kicker stuff with them.
Anyone physically break an SRO?
